Wonderful Weekend for Women 2010 will impact hundreds this fall as women from all over Kansas and Nebraska gather at Webster Conference Center in Salina, KS on September 17-18. The theme will be “Stand Out,” with featured speaker, Angela Thomas, encouraging those who might be tired, lonely, exhausted, or sad to realize that they “stand out to God,” and that they can “stand out for him.” Angela is the best-selling author of numerous books, including “Do You Think I’m Beautiful?” and “My Single Mom Life.” She has also written and filmed four video studies with LifeWay, including “When Wallflowers Dance.” You can find out more about Angela at http://www.angelathomas.com or become Facebook fan at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Angela-Thomas/47405608279.
Jaime Jamgochian (http://www.jaimejam.com or http://www.facebook.com/jaimejamgochian) will lead the worship sets, which are always a highlight at WWW as hundreds of women join their hearts in worship. In addition, participants will hear from a special guest missionary as well as experience Life Session breakout groups.
As a participant of previous WWW conferences, I have seen how God can use this event to touch women in a powerful way. We expect to fill Webster this year, so don’t wait to begin promoting this event. Registration packets will arrive in churches in June. Contact your church, association women’s leader, or visit http://www.KNwomen.com for more information.
Why will this fall weekend be wonderful? Because God will work wonderfully in the lives of women that he knows and for whom he cares—like you!
