Plan Now For KC Missions Event

Did you ever want to be a part of a mission trip that included your whole family? How about taking your family on a missions vacation to Kansas City? On July 21-25, 2008, your family can participate in FamilyFest. That’s right, it’s an event your whole family can be a part of. This mission trip is recommended for families with firstgrade children and older. Adult small groups, youth groups and women’s groups can also be a family.
You can be the mission team that works in Backyard Bible Clubs, or prayerwalking, light construction, block parties, and other ministries. It’s the opportunity to do hands-on mission work. The local churches will provide the mission field and the assigned activities. You will not only participate but also have a time to share and teach your family about mission work. It could well be the family vacation they will be talking about for years to come.
